Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, contact (470)-305-6547 at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that Georgia notaries are not authorized to provide legal advice or draft legal documents unless they are also licensed attorneys. Additionally, notaries in Georgia are limited to notarizing documents in English, as they cannot legally notarize documents in foreign languages unless they are also fluent in that language and able to understand the document's contents. Furthermore, Georgia notaries can not authorize signatures unless all participating parties are present.
